This property is located to the east of Eastbourne town centre, within the town’s Sovereign Harbour development. The seafront is just a few moments away, with the wide shingle beach which stretches all the way up to the town’s main beach, some two miles along the esplanade. Sovereign Harbour is a popular leisure complex offering a number of restaurants, bars, and a cinema, making it an excellent choice for those who like to eat out whilst on holiday. In the main town centre, visitors will find a large choice of shops, as well as the town’s Victorian harbour which was painstakingly restored after a fire in 2014. Other attractions nearby include the South Downs, Beachy Head, and a lifeboat museum.

With changes being made to gaining access to the apartment, and some tlc in the en-suite, we would recommend this apartment. With this in mind, we cannot recommend to a friend as it stands. Access to parking was appreciated and the location answered our needs.

This is a compact, comfortable property on the edge of the Marina development. It gave us a quiet location with plenty of walking and easy access to bus routes.

Amazing location and flat - we had a great time in sunny Eastbourne. Lovely walk up the coast to the town. Balcony is nice for evening drinks when the kids are in bed.

My husband and I have just returned from a short break in this property. It is a wonderful apartment with sea views and a balcony from which to enjoy them. It is a well equipped apartment at a very good price. The only drawback we found was that on the Sunday we kept loosing the television programme but during the week it was fine. I am sure we wilRead morel be returning in the future to discover more of the wonderful heritage in that area and its surroundings and would not hesitate to recommend it. Hide

We found this a very comfortable apartment in a good position overlooking the sea. It is well furnished. The only downside was the shower room which needed attention. We believe this is now in hand.
