This stylish holiday home has been beautifully designed and decorated to create a calming and welcoming space that is a peaceful haven to return to after a day spent at the beach. There's also a pebbled garden to enjoy.

The property is situated amongst a collection of seaside-style holiday cottages a few minutes’ walk from the expansive beach at Camber Sands. Drive a kite buggy, have a go at windsurfing, paddle in the waves or just relax on the huge sandy beach, with an ice cream in your hand. Or perhaps you will choose to spend your time exploring the local area, shopping in the historic town of Rye, exploring the strangely beautiful shingle headland at Dungeness or perhaps taking a ride on the steam engines at the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway.

Entering the property into the small hallway, you turn straight into the bright and airy open-plan lounge, which is tastefully styled in a clean white, giving it a nautical, seaside feel. To the rear of this area is the kitchen, with everything you would expect, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a fold-out dining table, giving you more space between mealtimes. The sitting area is comfortable, with sofa, TV and DVD player. The handy utility room houses a washer/dryer and there is also a downstairs WC. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor. Here you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is decorated in the same light and airy feel as the downstairs accommodation. The second bedroom has a double bed, so there is plenty of room, either for a family or two couples. The bathroom has a shower over bath.

To the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen area, is a large pebbled garden, a relaxing space with a beachy feel, where you can enjoy al fresco meals. There is parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

For this particular property there is a security deposit of £300 which is pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount of the security deposit is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived which was very good. All I required was there and I would stay there again. I would and have recommended the house and your company to friends already. Bramley and Teal where excellent, and I will use them again hopefully in the not so distant future.

We had a wonderful Wintery time in Camber. Snowed on the beach! Lovely warm and cosy house to thaw out in too. Very happy. The house was clean and welcoming with everything we needed. We would certainly stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family. Booking was easy and thorough with the right amount of email confirmation from you.
