Comfy beds but another sofa needed in sitting room and conservatory as chairs uncomftable also light over cooker needed as we had to use a torch and an overhead shower and curtain is definitely needed otherwise a nice little cottage with great access to the beach

Cosy cottage with a beach at the bottom of the garden - what more could you ask for? Had a great stay, lots of welcoming touches. Winchelsea and Rye are both worth a visit if you want to explore.

It is a really wonderful cottage by the sea. Good place to go to with dogs! Short distance to Rye and Hastings. We will come back!!!

This is a really nice cottage that has been thoughtfully and cleverly altered to make it spacious. It is a very comfortable place to stay and the location is ideal for traveling to Rye, Hastings etc.

It is a cosy, comfortable and quiet cottage in a brilliant location right by the sea wall on the beach. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby.

Perfect location, amazing pebble beach right outside the door. Great base to explore the beautiful coastal areas including Rye and Hastings both a short drive away. Our Jack Russell had the time of his life and didn't want to leave! Great cottage and fantastic garden, perfect relaxing break.

A really great place to stay for families with young children. Just a few steps from the garden to the beach (mostly peebles, sand only at low water). The garden is not well maintained, but there is some shadow to play in. Hastings is 15 minutes away and has some attractions. The kitchen is usefull equipped. The only negative thing to say about thiRead mores Cottage is the really tiny bathroom. Taking a shower is nearly impossible without setting the whole room under water. But we could deal with it. The cottage was a little bit smaller than expected from the photographs. It was in a beautiful location but note that the beach off to the right is a private beach and also dogs are not allowed on part of the public beach between May to September. Both disappointing, as we planned to spend most of our time on the beach with the dog.

Lovely setting with beach at end of garden. Comfortable and well equipped. Had 2 granddaughters with us of 7 and 10 who loved the garden and the beach. Plenty to keep us occupied in the area as well as around the cottage itself. Would happily return

very thoughtful use of the space which makes a small cottage very usable. The conservatory is a really nice big space. Everything works. The cottage is on a quiet road, Pett Level beach is accessed by walking thru the back garden and up a set of steps. If you want calm and quiet then this is for you.
