Overlooking Egerton Park, this Edwardian apartment is set in the heart of Bexhill-on-Sea, home to wonderful architecture, a two-mile promenade and a gently shelving beach, found just at the end of the road, makes it an ideal place for couples and families. Take a trip out on the boating lake or enjoy a game of tennis or bowls and for those feeling energetic enjoy a workout in the fitness zone. The De La Warr Pavilion with numerous events and exhibitions, local shops, pubs and restaurants are within a short walk and for keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coast to explore or venture to the nearby High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Slightly further afield the local area offers numerous castles, gardens and vineyards to visit.

Stepping inside the property, you are welcomed by the spacious hallway, perfect for leaving your coats and boots, before continuing through to the large, stylish, open-plan lounge/diner. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table with seating for four before heading to the lounge area where you can relax on the two comfy sofas in front of the fire and enjoy listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker/DAB radio, or watching your favourite movie on the Smart TV/DVD. Head to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a great space to prepare a family meal or lazy breakfast. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep head to one of the two bedrooms. The first offers a large king-size bedroom, or alternatively wake up to views over the park from the second super-king-size bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with access to the balcony. Completing the inside of this property is the stylish shower room with shower and WC.
