This quaint coastal cottage has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated in neutral tones to reflect its fantastic seaside location. Outside the property offers a small decked garden with furniture.

This property is situated amongst a collection of seaside-style holiday cottages, close to the huge beach of Camber Sands. Camber is rightfully a popular seaside destination, with its golden sands which are perfect for sandcastles, and its miles of seaside walks. For an altogether different seaside feel, the oddly beautiful shingle beach at Dungeness is a favourite destination of photography enthusiasts who make good use of the unique light. The town of Rye lies within a 20 minute drive to the north of Camber Sands and is a must-see for those who enjoy independent boutiques rather than high street chains.

Entering this property, you arrive to small entrance hall, with space to hang your coats, this leads straight into a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a lounge area at one end and kitchen to the rear, with a folding dining table between the two. The lounge area has a TV with DVD player, a sofa and two wicker chairs. The kitchen area is thoughtfully appointed with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. The ground floor also has a separate utility room with a washer/dryer and there is also a downstairs WC. Stairs lead from the hallway to the first floor, where there is master bedroom with double bed, bedside table, dressing table, walk-in wardrobe and a TV with DVD player. A further bedroom is ideal for up to three children, with bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is bright and tastefully decorated, with a shower over bath.

Outside, the property benefits from a south-facing garden with decked area, suitable for outdoor entertaining on warm evenings. There is parking for one car.

Absolutely lovely cottage. Well stocked clean, and comfortable beds. Our son was especially impressed with the pirate ship toys in his bedroom. Be mindful of the parking. It does get very busy along the road so we ended up parking further up the road and walking back. Camber can be very quiet in the evenings but Rye is only3 miles away with an exceRead morellent selection of restaurants. Would recommend! Hide

We had a fantastic stay at Owlers Cottage! It all looked very neat and tidy, we were thrilled with the welcome tray and settled in very quickly. The location was fantastic and we all had a wonderful time. It was lovely coming 'home' to the cottage after busy days at the beach, and exploring the neighbouring towns. The specific location of Owlers CoRead morettage was great as it felt very private. The patio was also a big plus as we could leave the door open while we pottered about with no one able to look onto the property while we relaxed. I have already sent your website link to a number of my colleagues. I am almost 100% sure we will be booking through you again next summer. Thanks again for everything, Hide
