This fantastic holiday home has been lovingly renovated to provide deceptively spacious, clean and bright accommodation decorated in an appropriate coastal style given its proximity close to the nearby beach.
Delicious Easter eggs for each guest staying over the Easter period.
This first-floor apartment is located right on the beach front at Pevensey Bay, which is famous for its windsurfing and the historic Martello towers which are scattered along the coast. Those with an interest in history will enjoy a visit to the English Heritage site of Pevensey castle. Follow the coastal road to the seaside town of Eastbourne, which is within a 15 minute drive and offers plenty of activities, including a seafront promenade and shops.
From the main front door of the property, you will take the stairs leading to the first floor apartment. On entering the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you will appreciate the calming tones of the property, which make it feel like an extension of the seafront it overlooks. The stylish, simple furnishings are in keeping with this theme and complement the views from the balcony across to the beach and horizon beyond. If you should ever tire of the stunning seascape, there is a TV and comfy sofas to relax on. There is also a round dining table, adequately seating four. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms follow the apartment’s sea-toned decoration and are both peaceful sanctuaries, one with king-size bed, and the other a double. The sleek shower room has a walk-in shower with large shower head.
Outside, the balcony is the perfect place to relax with the sounds of the sea, which is just metres away. Can be booked with Pevensey - Seascape to sleep eight in total.
