A very comfortable light house and well situated for the town. An excellent Italian Restaurant opposite. Don't expect to watch the boats sailing by. The water is silted up and nothing moves.

Spent three nights with friends at this property. The open plan layout was perfect as a sociable space and it was lovely to eat at the dining table overlooking the river. Very comfortable seating and kitchen had everything we required. Bedroom with the single beds was smaller than expected and the garage would only be suitable for a very small car.Read more However car park just across the road. Overall would recommend this property. Hide

Perfect location for Rye town just a walk up the hill, lovely and warm, nicely decorated. Ideal for our family of 6 though 3rd bedroom is quite small for adults. It was nice to eat at the big table and look out over the estuary even though there is a road between but the double glazing cuts out all noise.Very happy with our stay.

The property was well equipped and the location is great for walking into Rye with lots of good places to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely for a family and our grandson enjoyed the box of toys. Our car didn't fit in the garage but it wasn't a problem as there is nearby parking which is not expensive. The beds were cleRead morean and comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good showers. The only disappointment was that the standard of cleaning in the kitchen which was poor. Hide
