This lovingly refurbished cabin is situated in a stunning countryside setting, perfect for celebrating a special occasion with a loved one or a romantic getaway for two.

The perfect bolthole for two, this cosy cabin boasts character, charm and countryside views. Escape to East Sussex where beaches, historic towns and many a well-trodden trail await exploring from your fantastic location in the High Weald AONB. Tucked away next to your own woodland, wake up in the snug alcove and enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda for a breath of fresh air.

Wood-lined walls, cosy furnishings and a roaring wood burner whisk you into cabin mode at this pretty bolthole. The living space is open plan making it perfect for couples after some quality time together. The patio doors let plenty of natural light inside and open onto a raised, covered veranda so you can enjoy al fresco drinks whatever the weather and enjoy filling your lungs with countryside air. Light the firepit and stay warm as you look up at the stars before heading back inside and getting cosy in the king-size bed which you’ll find in a snug alcove.

Explore your surroundings and venture into the woodland for a walk before taking to one of the nearby tracks and trails on foot or two wheels. Wander the cobbled streets of Rye (5.5 miles) in search of antique treasures and delicious food or head further afield to the coast for a day of sea air. Visit the beach at Hastings (7 miles) and treat yourself to a portion of fish and chips after a refreshing dip in the sea in 1066 country. Hastings is a bustling resort with a funicular railway, castle and views reaching as far as France on a clear day.

Lovely place to stay very quiet and comfortable. Close to plenty of attractions which Peter informed us about, which was really helpful.
