This holiday apartment is spacious and bright thanks to its stylish interior design and attention to detail. Quiet and peaceful, it is located right on the coast, making it the perfect base for a seaside break.

This stylish apartment with panoramic sea views is situated in the pretty town of Ramsgate, located directly opposite the beach next to the famous Ramsgate Tunnels and within walking distance of the country’s only Royal Harbour. The beautiful harbour has a vibrant yachting community alongside many shops, bars and restaurants, making it a great place to while away an afternoon. Ramsgate have been named the sunniest place in the UK (Met office stats 2021) alongside Broadstairs and Margate. Keen walkers can take a stroll along the Viking Coastal Trail which runs from Ramsgate around the Kent coastline to Herne Bay taking in the pretty towns of Margate (5 miles) with its famous Turner Contemporary Gallery and Broadstairs known for its connections to Charles Dickens. For a spot of retail therapy visit Westwood Cross (2 miles), one of Europe’s largest retail parks.

Enter this stunning beachfront property and you’ll be welcomed into the hallway with plenty of space for coats and shoes before heading into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge with two comfy sofas and a Smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the stunning sea views. Enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen with a double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher before sitting down to eat in the dining area that seats everyone for those all-important family meals. Heading further into the property you will find the two king-size bedrooms both of which have magnificent sea views and one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC. The other bedroom will use the large family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. The property is completed with a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine.

We would recommend this property as it was in a great location for the access to the sea and places to eat. It has brilliant sea views, not only from the balcony but from one of the bedrooms too. Excellent under ground parking. Great to have a lift. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice modern property, easy short walk to many cafs, restaurants etc. Did get a lot of beach noise, but the it is right on the beach!, however I wasn't expecting BBQs on the beach to go onto the early hours, it was that hot we had to leave windows open

This apartment ticks all the boxes. It is finished to an exceptional standard, comfortable and stylish. The view and sound of the sea is so relaxing, it's a great place to unwind. Safe, with secure parking and a lift, it is just a few minutes walk from the town. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful location. Well equipped and very very comfortable. Wonderful to wake up with the sea as your view. Loved the electric blinds. Right on the beach front and within walking distance of the town. Once the whole of the development is finished it will be fabulous on the walkway with shops hotel and cafes. Lovely seafront apartment with views out to sea. Good quality furniture and equipment. Within easy reach of several restaurants and bars. Just a shame the bedding was inferior quality which let it down.

Absolutely Stunning views. Every year we do a stay away in an apartment, but this place is by far the best we've ever stayed at. We felt like we was the first letting, the place is faultless and the owner has immaculate taste, as everything has been done to the highest quality with no expense spared. Very well appointed and equipped property - everything top of the range. Only negative is the allocated parking space: narrow, with a significant side-to-side camber. With a concrete pillar on 1 side and a people carrier parked on the other, manoeuvring in and out was definitely challenging!

The apartment was ideally situated and was very spacious. The finish of the interior was first class. Although away from the centre it was quiet but a shirt flat walk to the town. The location was perfect.

Such a lovely apartment, beach is literally just on the doorstep. Apartment has everything that you would need. Great base to explore around the local area. Plenty of choice with restaurants, most within walking distance and all served such lovely food. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely comfortable week staying in the apartment. The view was amazing. Highly recommend. Sat Nav didnt take us directly to location. Had to ask a resident in the end to direct us. Entrance to apartment block is tucked away. Car parking space quite small next to post. Audi Q2 just fitted in.

Some great positives, perfect location , top quality finish, felt very safe and secure. Short walk to good selection of pubs and restaurants. Now the negatives, dreadful water quality, even a simple filter might have helped. No coffee machine was a disappointment. The parking space was ok for us, but would be very tight, possibly unworkable for a lRead morearge vehicle. The deck wasnt as large as we expected and very overlooked, the furniture uncomfortable to remain out there for very long. Hide

Great property, light and spacious with plenty of storage. High spec and everything clean and tidy. Location couldnt be better. Short walk to shops and restaurants yet quiet. The layout of the external area makes you feel secluded while in the property and out on the deck area.

A new, modern apartment in an unrivalled location on the Ramsgate seafront. The location is excellent, parking a bit tight......if you are coming to Ramsgate by train, I do not know how you would gain entry? Do not expect a welcome pack, only packets of long life milk and individual coffee sachets. Beautiful and very comfortable apartment overlooking the sea and close to Ramsgate centre. Great for exploring the area, as we did, but plenty on the doorstep to see and enjoy. Would recommend highly for an enjoyable break.
