This converted farm building has been beautifully transformed into a light and airy cottage offering a tranquil getaway in idyllic rural surroundings for both couples and families.

Nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is located within the grounds of a garden centre, offering a farm shop and cafe. A bus stop outside the garden centre provides a regular bus service into Brighton, perfect for exploring this bustling seaside resort with its range of shops and well-known attractions such as the Brighton i360 and Royal Pavilion. Heading a little further from the cottage will lead you to a whole host of wonderful locations including Devils Dyke, Leondardslee Gardens, Nymans, Glyndebourne, and Lewes Castle. For those who like the great outdoors, the South Downs offers some great local walks and cycle trails which can be finished with a stop at the local pub for a spot of refreshment.

Enter into the hallway where there is space for leaving coats and boots and then head through into the light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceiling and oak beam features. The lounge area has two comfy armchairs and a sofa, the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the wood burner after a day out exploring and catching up on your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Enjoy whipping up a delicious family meal before dining at the table with seating for all, which overlooks the pretty garden and countryside beyond. There are two bedrooms leading off either end of the open-plan main room, a double and a twin, and the property is completed with a shower room with a large shower and WC.

Heading outside there is a secluded courtyard area with a charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs and a lawned garden beyond. There is private garage parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
