The splendid Victorian Pier has been lovingly restored since it was devastated by fire in 2014 and offers a range of attractions including a jazz lounge, tea rooms, and a traditional fish and chip shop. A great selection of restaurants and quirky independent shops in the Little Chelsea area of the town are five minutes walk away. To the west of the town, and easily accessible on foot from the apartment, is the start of the South Down’s Way, with Beachy Head and its breath-taking vistas located within an hour’s walk from the property.

The kitchen is located just off the lounge, offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property’s one bedroom is a restful double room which benefits from a stylish contemporary shower room with large walk-in shower and WC.
Outside, to the side of the property, there is a secluded enclosed garden which is partially set to shingle, with a decked seating area where guests will find a table and chairs. Parking is unrestricted in the road outside, subject to availability.
