This two-bedroom ground floor apartment has its own garden and access to the beach directly from the property, ideally located for those wishing to bring a four-legged friend. Great for walkers and cyclists alike.

This ground-floor apartment is located right on the beachfront at Pevensey Bay, a pretty shingle, dog friendly beach which is popular with walkers, windsurfers and beachcombers and offers a quiet alternative to some of the areas more popular beaches. The towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea are within a 20 minute drive in either direction, but offer a very different experience. Eastbourne is a more traditional seaside town, whilst Bexhill has more of an arty vibe, thanks in no small part to the beautiful De La Warr Pavilion, which has become a leading gallery and arts centre.

The main door of this seafront property opens into an entrance hall, from which a door leads to the open-plan living area, which is decorated in light, muted tones, reflective of the skies over the Sussex coast. The sitting area is a relaxing space to sit and watch the clouds roll over the bay, with views out to sea and access to the seafront garden, via patio doors. There is a TV, DVD and free Wi-Fi access. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and in the dining area the table comfortably seats four. The two bedrooms are also decorated in fresh sky tones. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of space to hang your clothes. The second bedroom has twin beds and is a relaxing space to sleep. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and an extra handheld shower.

Outside there is an enclosed beachfront garden, mainly set to lawn, with patio area close to the house. There is a gate at the bottom of the garden which leads directly onto the pretty shingle beach. There is one car parking space provided. Can be booked with Pevensey - Pebble Beach to sleep eight in total.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The apartment was spacious, modern, well-equipped and clean. The view from the French doors was stunning. The 3 children, dogs and I had a wonderful stay for a week away from the hustle and bustle of London.

Absolutely loved this cottage. The location was fabulous and to walk out from the garden straight on to the beach was fantastic. The cottage had everything you needed, including dishwasher and washing machine (not that you really want to be doing that on holiday), so a real home away from home. Cottage is clean, bright and tastefully modern. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed. The garden opening on to the beach is perfect if you have a dog. Excellent holiday home. Would go again.

The flat was lovely. It was cosy, the decor was superb and within keeping of the surroundings. The welcome tray was wonderful the owners even left treats for the dog. The flat was really clean and comfortable and equipped well. The location was perfect. Loved the tide clock which helped with planning the dog walks. We had a very relaxing weekend at Seascape. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits, Easter egg, dog treats and tea/coffee making facilities. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely location right on the beach. Would love to return in the summer months and make use of the garden and open patio doors.

Exactly what we needed for our "seashore fix". We travelled the coast from Camber Sands to Brighton and a good bit inland too. Long walks every day. Nelly our dog loved it. On the day it rained we watched the sea from the patio window, snug and comfortable on the settee. We had the pleasure of meeting William (Bill) and Linda, the owners.
