Beautifully decorated throughout, this holiday apartment is spacious and bright thanks to high ceilings and large picture windows displaying beautiful sea views. Located close to the coast it is perfect for a seaside break.

This stylish first-floor apartment is located on the sea front at St Leonards-on-Sea. St Leonards is the sister town to better-known Hastings down the road and has a very different feel to it with its stately architecture, independent shops and small restaurants. Next door Hastings has the usual choice of high street shops and also a pretty old quarter where you can find antique shops and fish stalls selling the catch of the day. The beach here is best accessed by the wonderful funicular railway, which runs down the cliff and offers great views out to sea.

The front door of this stylish apartment opens onto a small hall, off from which you will find the light open-plan living area. With its comfy sofa, cosy woodburner, telescope and views of the sea, there is little need for a TV here, but there is one, along with Bluetooth enabled speaker, so should you ever tire of gazing out to sea, you can relax in front of a film. The stylish kitchen area is compact but fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The dining table is next to the Juliette balcony and has beautiful sea views. The master bedroom has king-size bed, iPod docking station and a platform with stunning roll top bath, the ultimate indulgence. The second bedroom has wooden bunkbeds, a huge beanbag and a DVD player with its own screen. There is also a z-bed here for an additional child at a charge. The shower room features a large walk-in shower.

There is a Juliette balcony to the front of the property, though it is not suitable for sitting on. Think of the beach, right outside your front door, as your garden. There is also access to unrestricted roadside parking, subject to avilability.

Please note there is a refundable £250 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Great location Has everything you should need. Pot luck parking! Managed to park outside most of the time but one night we had to park about 10 minutes away! In the summer I'm sure it would be fine. Lovely little place.

There are excellent views from the living room window. the beach is just across the road. the shower is excellent.. The area is in the process of being revitalized which means there are numerous white vans, scaffolding and machine noise. Every morning at about 6.00am refuse vans come by and empty the bins

Seastar a perfect little bolt hole for a single person like me. I felt very secure and the amenities were good. It was an extremely hot week just a pity the little balcony could not be improved to make a small seating area.looking through the window it could have been the south of France.
