  • Stylish first-floor apartment, right opposite the beach
  • Perfect for traditional family getaways by the sea
  • Ideal base for exploring the Kent and Sussex south coast resorts
Property code: BT071

Beautifully decorated throughout, this holiday apartment is spacious with stunning sea views. It is the perfect base for a traditional family seaside holiday, located just over the road from St Leonards  beach.

This stylish first-floor apartment is located on the sea front at St Leonards-on-Sea. St Leonards is the sister town to the better known Hastings which is situated down the road and has a very different feel to it with its stately architecture, independent shops and small restaurants. Next-door Hastings has the usual good choice of high street shops but also has a pretty old quarter where you can browse antique shops and fish stalls selling the catch of the day, and the wonderful funicular railway, which runs up the cliff and offers great views out to sea.

The front door of this stylish apartment opens onto a small hall, from which you will find the light  and stylish open-plan living area. With its comfy sofa, cosy wood burner, telescope and panoramic views of the sea.  For your further entertainment,  there is a TV, along with Bluetooth enabled speaker, so should you ever tire of gazing out to sea, you can relax in front of a film. The stylish kitchen area is compact but fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The dining table is next to the Juliet balcony and has beautiful sea views. The master bedroom has king-size bed, iPod docking station and a platform with stunning roll top bath - the ultimate indulgence. The second bedroom has wooden bunkbeds, a huge beanbag and a DVD player with its own screen. There is also a z-bed available here for an additional child at a charge. The shower room features a large walk-in shower.

There is a Juliet balcony to the front of the property, though it is not suitable for sitting on. Think of the beach, right outside your front door, as your garden. There is also access to unrestricted roadside parking, subject to availability.

Please note there is a refundable £250 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Clean, warm and well equipped with great views of the sea. Parking is difficult right outside for loading but there is a carpark a little way down the road with a reasonable 24hr fee. Basic shops and cafes within 10 minutes walk. Good for a short stay

The apartment was really well equipped, good quality wifi, Netflix on the large modern TV, various coffee making options were there, board games, books, every kind of kitchen utensil etc, the living room was large with high ceilings and had a beautiful view of the sea, I'd go again ..

A spacious and bright apartment close to the sea. The road outside is busy so can be noisy. Nice walk into Hastings/ St Leonards-on-Sea .

We had a lovely 5 night stay in this beautiful apartment, with lovely luxurious touches. Beautifully decorated with stunning views of the sea. Within walking distance of St. Leonard's and Hastings, where we spent much time wandering around the Old Town. Thank you!

A great apartment with a super view of the sea. Lots of toys on hand for children and nice and spacious. We'll equipt kitchen. Struggled to get parked outside but free car park a short stroll away so not a huge issue for us. Enjoy sea walks into Hastings and leave the car. Close to the train station which gets you into Brighton or Eastbourne for a Read moreday out. Really nice holiday. Hide

Had a lovely long weekend at Seastar. We booked late and thought we might regret being relatively far from Hastings, but we found that St Leonards was lovely and only 10-15 mins walk away. The flat is in a really quiet area and a real retreat, and the huge windows give a great view of the sea and a feeling of space. The flat was really clean and weRead morelcoming. Only quibble would be that the bathroom is a little cramped but hardly surprising in a converted historical building like this. Hide
