Lovingly and tastefully styled top-floor apartment sleeping five, enjoying uninterrupted views over Viking Bay, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars a short walk from the doorstep.

This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Broadstairs. Just across from the property is Viking Bay with its beautiful sandy beach, one of a number of attractive bays in the area. Step outside the apartment and within 250 metres you’ll find the town centre with its eateries and shops. Attractions include the Dickens House Museum and Crampton Tower Museum. The apartment is within easy reach of the nearby towns of Margate (4.5 miles) with the recently restored Dreamland theme park and Turner Contemporary Gallery; Ramsgate (2 miles) – where you can watch the sailing boats moor up in the Marina; and the historic City of Canterbury (23 miles) known for great shopping and Canterbury Cathedral. 23 miles along the coast is Whitstable, a lovely seaside town for a day out. Keen walkers and cyclists will enjoy the wide range of cycle routes and footpaths on the doorstep, making this the perfect base for couples and families looking to explore the area.

Stairs from the main entrance lead up to the top-floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Moving to the front of the apartment, a door leads straight through to the spacious lounge/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time together. The comfortable lounge area offers two sofas arranged in front of the Smart TV. Relax of an evening, choosing a film from the selection of DVDs, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is located at the rear of the apartment and is a well-equipped space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. The apartment offers two light and airy bedrooms, a double with sea views and a triple room with a double and a single bed. The property is completed with a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Broardstairs is a perfect holiday location and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Views from our accommodation were lovely.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Seaview. The flat is thoughtfully put together with everything we needed, right down to lovely children's books! The view is incredible at all times of the day and in all weather. We loved having a coffee in the morning listening to the sea and watching the tide come in and out. The location is great to explore thRead moree local area and everything is within easy reach. The sandy beach of Viking bay is great at low and high tide. We would love to stay here again! Hide

As long as you can cope with 3 flights of narrow stairs and are willing to hunt for a parking spot this is a great place to stay. We had a lovely holiday.
