This spacious family holiday home is perfect for anyone looking to bring their four-legged friends as it has a fully enclosed garden and is just a short stroll away from the well-known Camber Sands beach.

This three-storey townhouse property is located in a quiet village-style development just a few minutes’ walk from Camber Sands’ expansive beach. The wide golden sands attract a wide range of visitors, from families who enjoy paddling and building sandcastles, to adventurous sporty types who enjoy kite surfing or paddle boarding. Within a 20 minute drive is the town of Rye, a destination for those who enjoy browsing galleries, trying out local food and shopping in independent boutiques.

On arrival at the property, the first room you will come across is a fun children’s den. A perfect hideaway for kids of all ages (and adult-size fun seekers too), there are games and toys galore, with a TV, DVD player and games console. Returning to the hall, carry on to the large open-plan living space, encompassing sitting area and kitchen/dining room. A real communal room, there is seating on a comfortable leather sofa, dining table seating six and everything you would expect from a modern kitchen: electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender and coffee machine. This room has an iPod docking station, so you can create the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent eating and enjoying one another’s company. There is also a handy downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, on the first floor, you will discover a further sitting room, with TV, DVD player, sofas and comfy chairs. This room is light and airy and the perfect place to relax. The master bedroom suite is also on this floor, with a queen -sized bed, its own TV and an en-suite shower room. Stairs up to the second floor take you to the second and third bedrooms, both of which have twin beds and designated luggage space. The main bathroom is here, which has a bath with hand-held shower.

The property’s enclosed garden is accessed via the downstairs living area and is a lovely space with a seaside feel, with both decked and pebbled areas. There is plenty of seating, so you can use this space as an extension of the house. There is parking for one car at the rear of the house.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £400 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The property is lovely, modern, very well looked after, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden backs onto Pontins so can get loud.

The cottage is in a perfect location for the beach. Very comfortable and cosy and the children really loved the play room with all the games. Great location is you want to explore Rye and the surrounding area, very peaceful.

Lovely house. Very spacious. Great to have 3 loos. Has freezer and microwave but not washer/dryer (only washing machine.) Could be brilliant. Bathrooms good but water not very hot. Master bed mattress too big. Televisions kept losing the signal. Kitchen equipment sadly lacking, unkempt back garden overlooked by Pontins' accommodation. Unusable barbRead moreecue. Loved board games & X-Box (but some games for different model.) Great for dogs. Very handy for beach. Beach towels supplied. Hide

I'm writing to let you know that our stay here at the cottage has been lovely this week. Shoreline is a lovely, clean cottage that has been a terrific home to us while we have enjoyed attending Focus 2015.
