A beautifully furnished property with the beach and all amenities on your doorstep. With everything you need so close, this is the perfect summer's getaway for families and friends.

Located just a leisurely walk from the beach, this stylish property is ideally situated for families and couples, with St Leonards on Sea being home to a selection of bohemian cafe’s, restaurants and antique shops all within easy reach of the property. Guests can also enjoy a day in nearby Hastings Old Town soaking up the local culture with the latest events and exhibitions, or for some fantastic views along the coast, take a trip up the East Hill funicular, England’s steepest cliff railway. Slightly further afield there are many National Trust locations, wineries and beautiful gardens to explore, and for keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coastline and into the nearby High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Steps lead from the road up to the front of the property, where you will enter the spacious hallway, the perfect place to store your shoes and hang coats. Head through to the warm and cosy lounge and enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa and armchairs whilst watching a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner has everything you need to prepare those family meals including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher along with a large table and benches for enjoying family meals together. Next is the snug with a sofa, Smart TV, X box and a selection of board games - the perfect place for teenagers to chill out or to get the family together for some entertainment. Patio doors from the snug lead out into the garden and located just off the games room is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a super-king-size and a king-size which has a beautiful roll top bath, the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset from. The sumptuous family bathroom has a roll top bath, walk-in shower and WC.

Heading up to the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin all of which share a wet room with shower and WC. Venturing outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with a patio, Lazy Spa hot tub, outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ - the perfect spot for family meals after a day at the beach or to relax with a morning coffee. There is unrestricted roadside parking subject to availability.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
