A contemporary and comfortable beach house nestled behind the dunes of Camber Sands, a gently shelving fine sandy beach. With miles of golden dunes on your doorstep, this is a house to enjoy the pleasures of seaside living including kite surfing, sailing, paddleboarding and windsurfing. A 4-mile drive away is the charming medieval town of Rye, home to quaint cobbled streets, independent and antique shops in which to while away an afternoon browsing vintage finds. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, Dungeness Nature Reserve is 10 miles away and offers big skies, striking scenery and contemporary architecture plus a miniature steam railway and there is an abundance of castles and garden. Family attractions to visit within a short drive including Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, Port Lympe Safari Park and Lydd Aqua Park, all within 20 miles.

The front door of this bright and airy property leads into a welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and coats before heading into the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A large comfy corner sofa is the perfect place to get all the family together snuggled up in front of the smart TV to catch up on your favourite programmes or listen to some music on the Bluetooth speaker. Keen foodies will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen and everything you need for creating delicious family meals including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, larder, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a breakfast bar for enjoying a bite to eat or morning coffee. For family mealtimes, there is a large dining table with seating for all to enjoy family entertaining. The ground floor offers the first of four bedrooms, a twin, and there is also a bathroom with free-standing bath, double shower and WC on this floor. The ground floor is completed with a utility area with a washer/dryer. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find two super-king-size bedrooms, one of which has a large en-suite shower room with his and hers showers, vanity basin and a WC, and one king-size bedroom.

Outside, there is an enclosed, south-facing, private garden which is a wonderful suntrap all day and an oasis of calm. A large patio, table, chairs, wood-fired and charcoal pizza oven, BBQ Morsoe Stove and comfy sofas form the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local fizz whilst watching the sunset over the dunes at the end of a beautiful day. Private parking for one car, roadside parking is also available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
