This spacious attic style apartment is light and airy and has been decorated in a contemporary style with modern facilities, providing home-from-home accommodation in an unbeatable seaside location at Camber Sands.

The property is located in a village-style development just a few minutes’ walk from the expansive beach at Camber Sands. Camber Sands is a perfect beach destination, whatever you enjoy; families may like to pass the day building sandcastles and paddling in the waves, whilst adrenalin junkies could have a go at windsurfing or kite buggying. Head to the nearby market town of Rye, for a change of scene, with its cobbled streets filled with many interesting shops, cafés and restaurants as well as numerous cosy pubs with original features.

The apartment is accessed via a private entrance, from which stairs lead up to the accommodation on the first floor. There is also access to the garage from the hallway. The open-plan living and dining space has two comfortable leather sofas and a TV with Blu-Ray player. The dining area has a solid oak table, which comfortably seats six. Floor to ceiling windows at the front allow light to pour in, making this a relaxing and airy space, whilst there is a Juliet balcony to the rear of the room. The modern kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom is simply and stylishly decorated with king-size bed, triple wardrobes, TV, CD player and DAB radio. The second bedroom is equally tastefully decorated with two zip-and-link beds which can be joined together to make a king-size, should you so wish. The apartment’s bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Outside, there is a small, enclosed decked area, which is perfect for enjoying a drink at the end of the day. The garage can be used for storing beach items and other equipment. There is one parking space to the front of the garage.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We were very impressed. Fully equipped kitchen , plenty of towels, just a lovely place to stay. There wasn't a thing we needed, the cake and biscuits that were left was a nice touch.

Easy to fing using directions as supplied. Easy to park. Easy to access. Narrow stairs and quite steep, so no biddies I reckon. Location is great. Facilities in the property suitable. Very comfortable and peaceful. Looked like end of season condition but it no way spoiled our stay. Kids seem to enjoy their time...on their phones.
