Within a 20 minute drive is the interesting town of Rye, with its chic and arty vibe, it attracts those who prefer independent shops to high street chain stores and even has its own tiny cinema, which though small, benefits from state-of-the-art digital technology, the perfect place for a rainy afternoon or evening out.
Arriving at the property, you will come to a small hall, off from which is the light and airy open-plan living area. The sitting area of this room has a sofa bed which can be converted to double bed for occasional guests. There is also a TV and DVD player. The dining area has an oak dining table with seating for four. The modern kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the washer/dryer can be found in the separate utility room. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs from the living area lead to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms, both of which are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a double. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. In the property you will find some nice extra touches which will enhance your stay: A selection of CDs and DVDs, board games and books as well as beach towels, beach games, deck chairs, parasol and cool bag to help you to enjoy a day at the beach.
