This spacious family holiday home has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a traditional design with modern luxuries, offering open-plan accommodation just moments from the popular Camber Sands beach.

This larger than average two bedroom cottage is located in a village-style development very close to the beach at Camber Sands. Camber Sands with its dunes and huge sandy beach is very different to the majority of East Sussex’s beaches which are mainly shingle and nowhere near as big. There is something for everyone here, with space to build sandcastles, take a dip or give water sports a go. Don’t worry if you have forgotten your buckets and spades or windbreak, there are numerous beach shops nearby, which also sell ice creams and drinks.

From the covered porch, enter the property to discover the light and spacious living space with sitting and dining areas. The sitting area is to the rear of the property and has comfortable chairs and a sofa, allowing you to relax in front of the TV and DVD player, or listen to your own music using the iPod dock. This area leads out onto the garden’s decked seating area. The dining table comfortably seats four guests. The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped, with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, which is tastefully decorated to provide a relaxing ambience. The second bedroom is equally tastefully decorated and is a twin room with two small singles and also has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath.

Outside, to the rear of the property, is a lovely, enclosed garden with decked area and lawn. There is teak garden furniture for you to make the most of the sunshine. There is carport parking for one car.

Please note there is a refundable £300 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The distance to the beach is not far away. Only seven minutes to go. The beach ist really big and clean. One critism: The next larger supermarkets are in Rey or Ashford.

Lovely property, offered more then we had anticipated and was very cosy but light & airy and we just felt right at home. So clean and tidy and very comfortable. No stress or drama organising access and a great location for beach access.
