Enjoy watching the local fishing fleet come in with the catch of the day or take a ride up the East Hill funicular railway, one of the steepest in England. The local Smugglers Caves offer a glimpse back in time to when smuggling was big business, or enjoy a stroll along the refurbished Hastings pier, winner of the 2017 Pier of the Year award. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye with its cobbled streets and pretty tearooms or take a trip to Battle Abbey to experience the most famous battle in history in 1066.

Relax in the lounge area with a comfy sofa and armchair, and a Smart TV or enjoy one of the many board games provided. The compact yet well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a dining table and two chairs for enjoying relaxing evening meals. Stairs from the lobby area lead up to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. The washing machine is in a cupboard in the bathroom.
Down the driveway from the property, there are steps leading down to the fully enclosed garden where there is a table and chairs for two from which to enjoy magnificent views across the fishing lake and a charcoal BBQ. The garden is fully fenced and dog friendly. There is private parking for one car.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
