For beach lovers, the expansive sands of Camber are within a 15 minute drive, where you can pass the time swimming, beachcombing or maybe even try your hand at windsurfing.
The entrance to this Grade II listed apartment is via a door to the side of a small boutique. Stairs lead to the accommodation, which has some beautiful period features, on your way up, your eye will be drawn to the window with views across the attractive rooftops. Immediately to the left, at the top of the stairs, is a modern shower room, which boasts a walk-in shower. Follow the corridor and you will find a small but well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, is the sitting room with comfy sofa, chairs, TV, DVD player and iPod dock. There is also a dining area with wooden table seating six guests. The cupboard in this room is where you will find the washing machine and ironing board. A quite steep flight of stairs leads to a bedroom with twin beds and delightful views over the town. The master bedroom adjoins the twin room, via a small space which houses books and children’s toys. The room itself has a double bed and is separated from the twin with a privacy curtain. This room also has views of the town’s cobbled streets.
Due to the very central location of this property, you may park outside to unload your car, but vehicles must otherwise be left in one of the town’s car parks.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

For this particular property there is a security deposit of £300 which is pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.
