Located on the outskirts of the charming Kent village of Appledore, this holiday cottage is within easy reach of the local antique shops, village store and popular pub and tea shop. The pretty market town of Tenterden is close by, as is the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which boasts an abundance of beautiful walks and scenery. This is a fantastic base from which to explore the many local historic houses, gardens and vineyards as well as the Kent and East Sussex coastline, with the soft golden sand of Camber only ten miles away.

This modern and stylish barn conversion sits in the grounds of the historic Hop Pickers Oast, which is also  available to rent separately. The Hop Pickers Barn has it's own separate entrance and ample parking. The front door leads straight into an open plan lounge and dining area seating 6 and featuring  a smart T.V, there is a small but well appointed kitchen on the ground floor with an oven, induction hob and dishwasher with a step-free back door leading to a patio area with outdoor seating. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed and en-suite wet room. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms a double room with an additional single bed that has it's own balcony overlooking the gardens and patio area and the third bedroom which has both a king and double bed, both upstairs bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and W.Cs. There is also a storage cupboard under the stairs housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the patio area beyond the kitchen is a beautiful suntrap, you can also enjoy walking around the lake taking in the amazing views it has to offer.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
