We loved the property and the location. The owners gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. The only negative was the very small sink in the shower room which made it very difficult to even clean our teeth. However, it would certainly not put us off going again. The property was very clean and very cosy. Great for a relaxing break.

Set in a scenic quiet location the property offers everything you could want if you are seeking a little solitude whilst being close by to the town of Battle and other commutable locations such as Rye and Brighton. The gardens are lovely and we even had the owners peasant visit us in the mornings requesting we give it a few biscuit crumbs! The owneRead morers who are in a building opposite the barn made us feel very welcome and provide us with the information we would need during our stay. Thanks Hide

The Little Barn is tastefully decorated and the bedlinen is soft and luxurious. The owners, Ann and Richard, are welcoming and hospitable. The headroom in the shower/toilet is a bit restricted because of a sloping ceiling, a tall person might find this a problem. The property is very close to Ann and Richards house and barn is actually on their driRead moreve. Beautiful garden and set in rolling hills. Hide
