Attractive cottage offering comfortable accommodation for families and couples who are looking for an escape to the seaside.

Perfectly positioned within the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne, which has built a reputation as the artisan area of the town, with over 50 independent shops and a fantastic range of bars and restaurants, makes this a great place for a family getaway. The beach is just a short walk away, as is the interesting lifeboat museum, and the 19th-century Wish Tower with its cafe and sun lounge. For keen walkers, there is a multitude of footpaths that criss-cross the nearby South Downs and slightly further afield, but still within easy reach of the town, there is plenty to see and do in the area including Drusillas Park, Beachy Head, and Herstmonceux Castle.

 Enter the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With its large bay window, inviting sofas and armchair, feature fireplace and TV, the lounge area is a great place to relax and unwind in the evenings. To the rear of the property, the kitchen/diner area has a set of bi-fold doors which open onto the courtyard garden and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Whip up a delicious meal before dining at the table and chairs that has seating for all, overlooking the courtyard garden. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are three attractive bedrooms. A bright and airy king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom. The family bathroom, which is also located on the first floor, has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys a courtyard patio with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ which makes a delightful location for al fresco meals and drinks. There is roadside parking outside of the property (subject to availability, for which one permit is supplied for each day).

Really enjo our stay at the little pink cottage, despite being so close to the town centre it was really quiet and safe. It was very comfortable, nice decor and functional. Will be returning for sure!

Lovely home and very practical for a few nights in Eastbourne. the house has everything we needed and practically located. It was about a 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins to the town. Parking was ok we always got a space but mostly not on the same street although just a short walk away. Tesco express is literally around the corner which was Read moresuper handy too. This is a very well equipped cottage - I think every kitchen utensil was available which you could think of. The WIFI is really good which is especially important when travelling with children. We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully decoratief cottage! Fresh flowers and a nice cake gave a warm welkome. Cottage is centrally located but still the area around it is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great location in the heart of Eastbourne. Finding a parking spot was absolutely no problem. Close to Seven Sisters and Hastings, Long Man and other great places. Tesco around the corner open from 7am-11pm - great for urgently needed food ;)!

A perfect location with lots of lovely coffee shops and easy walking distance to the shopping centre, beach and nearby park. The Little Pink House was well equipped, clean and homely. Easily got parked during the day however after 5pm had to park a street away. Not an issue for us as we enjoyed the stroll. Would definitely book to stay there again.Read more Hide

Lovely cottage in a perfect location, close to downtown and the sea. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you need. The patio and the fireplace are a bonus! Definitely recommend.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation. Clean, well looked after and quaintly decorated. Bedrooms were cosy and there was beautiful homely lighting throughout the house too. Conveniently situated property, and although loud, the bells ringing every 15 minutes was actually quite nice.

Chocolate cake, pint of milk and roses were a lovely touch. TV was really difficult to get normal channels on. Parking was ok with the permit, but didn't get parked outside cottage until Tuesday. Having said all this we enjoyed our stay , loved the book and coffee shops just around the corner.

Property in great location only 10mins to sea front and shops. Plenty of places to eat out. Property was very comfortable and beds really comfortable. We had a small dog and it was good to have a small back yard for him. Parking was permit on road, we had no problems getting a place but when we went out we were always back by 3.30 ish to make sure Read moreof a place to park. Hide
