This spacious three storey holiday home has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a traditional design with modern luxuries, offering open-plan accommodation just moments from the popular Camber Sands beach.

This modern three-storey property is located in a village-style development just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is rightfully a popular seaside destination, an expansive sandy beach, backed by dunes. Children will love it here, as will adults, whether or not they enjoy quietly relaxing under the sun or having a go at kite surfing or paddle boarding. The pretty cobbled streets of Rye are within a 20 minute drive of the property, where you will find a choice of restaurants, coffee shops and fine independent boutiques.

To the ground floor of this bright and modern property is a children’s bunk room decorated in a modern nautical style. Conveniently nearby is a downstairs cloakroom. The open-plan kitchen/dining room is also on this floor, with table comfortably seating eight, and all the equipment you would expect from a modern kitchen, including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and washing machine. French doors open out onto a decked area, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining, with its large eight person table. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the living area has a small balcony overlooking the “village” pond and, to the rear, a Juliet balcony looking out over the garden. There is a telescope for guests to use for stargazing, as well as TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Seating is comfy and plentiful, on sofas and beanbags. The bedroom on this floor has a zip-and-link bed and windows overlooking the garden. The second floor is where you will find the master bedroom suite with king size zip-and-link bed, TV and DVD player and en-suite shower room. There is a fourth bedroom with double bed. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Outside the property benefits from an enclosed pebbled garden with seating area for eight, as well as a first floor balcony. From the rear garden you can access the carport, which has space for two cars.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £400 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Fabulous beachside luxury! The house location is great. Nice big freezer, great parking and access! Lovely new soft towels! Beds were extremely comfortable and big and very nice attractive bed linen. The Telescope is a nice feature.
