Contemporary apartment sleeping up to four guests located in a central location in the seaside town of Eastbourne, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and one mile from the famous pier.

This property enjoys a fantastic location, very close to the seafront in Eastbourne, and within a mile of the pier and the Arndale shopping centre. The town’s wide shingle beach is a fantastic place to relax, and at low-tide an expanse of sand is revealed, making it great for beach games and paddling. The cliffs to the west of the town mark the start of the South Downs Way, and guests will not want to miss the breath-taking walk up to the iconic Beachy Head and on to the Birling Gap and The Seven Sisters. For those who don’t want to walk, there are car parks available, as well as a regular bus service from the town.

Twenty-five steep steps lead guests down to the front door of this stunning apartment. Once inside, guests will love the sense of space and light that they will found in all of the apartment’s room, including the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This makes a wonderful place to unwind, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, and TV. Situated in front of the windows, there is a dining table, from which guests can enjoy views over Eastbourne. The sleek kitchen area overlooks the lounge and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The first of the apartment’s two bedrooms is a king-size room with large windows overlooking the patio garden. This room benefits not only from an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, but also from a fantastic walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a tranquil single room which has an additional pull-out bed which can be used to accommodate a fourth guest. This room also has en-suite facilities, this time a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, there is an east-facing patio to the rear of the apartment, with garden furniture, which offers a great place to relax with a morning cup of coffee. Outside the property, there is unrestricted road-side parking subject to availability.

As long as you can manage the steep stairs, to the property, this is a lovely apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy. Only a short walk to the sea front.

A lovely aspect views over eastbourne. Very close to theatres (venue for conference I was attending) but far enough away to be ok for street parking and noise. It was blissfully quiet. 3 min walk to the beach (10 min back up the hill). Light and airy apartment both rooms ensuite.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location. The sea is at the bottom of the road so no need to drive, the walk along the promenade takes you to the beautiful pier, bandstand, cafes restaurants and shops and the main shopping centre is around 25 minutes stroll. We had a great time using this clean and very quiet apartment, which is approx. one mile from the centre of Eastbourne. Climb the steps back to the road, look left and you will see the sea, which is approx. 750 yards. This apartment is an excellent base for Brighton; Battle; Rye; Hastings; Lewes etc. The highlight of our holiday was to listen to thRead moree concert on Wednesday at the Bandstand, which finished with 1812 Overture and of course, FIREWORKS! The locals in Eastbourne are extremely friendly and welcoming. I am going to use this apartment next year again; say no more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hide

Very comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Handrails on the bath would have been welcome. Pity Eastbourne Council can't sort their pavements out. However that didn't detract from a great holiday with good accommodation. Would definitely return.
