Climb the flight of steep steps up to your elevated apartment, which sleeps up to three guests. Bask in the natural light that floods in through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Pull back the glass doors to relax out on your terrace, with its leafy outlook and sweeping vistas. On chillier days, prepare something hearty in the kitchen to enjoy at the dining table, which is also positioned to capture the views, before relaxing in front of a good film on the TV. Ideal location for exploring nearby Eastbourne.Well placed for local shops.Steep stone steps down to property could prove a problem for less able people.Nice and Quiet and private .

As long as you can manage the steep stairs, to the property, this is a lovely apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy. Only a short walk to the sea front.

A lovely aspect views over eastbourne. Very close to theatres (venue for conference I was attending) but far enough away to be ok for street parking and noise. It was blissfully quiet. 3 min walk to the beach (10 min back up the hill). Light and airy apartment both rooms ensuite.
