Contemporary apartment sleeping up to four guests located in a central location in the seaside town of Eastbourne, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and one mile from the famous pier.

Sit inside or out at this Eastbourne holiday apartment to soak up the far-reaching views. Stroll down to the beach and then either head into the bustling town itself or out in the other direction towards the magnificent South Downs National Park, with its miles of cliff-top and country walks.

 

Climb the flight of steep steps down to your elevated apartment, which sleeps up to three guests. Bask in the natural light that floods in through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Pull back the glass doors to relax out on your terrace, with its leafy outlook and sweeping vistas. On chillier days, prepare something hearty in the kitchen to enjoy at the dining table, which is also positioned to capture the views, before relaxing in front of a good film on the TV. You will find your contemporary apartment is a home from home, equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a washing machine. Each of the two bedrooms here has also been designed and furnished for comfort, featuring an en-suite bath or shower room.

 

Discover Eastbourne from your base: browse its streets of independent shops and pause in its cafes and pubs. Stroll out along the Victorian pier, 1 mile away, where you will find a tearoom and jazz lounge. Pack a picnic and venture out to one of the National Trust's sites in the area. Just over 5 miles from your apartment is Birling Gap, with its big skies and seascapes, while Cuckmere Valley is 10 miles away, with dramatic river cliffs and a white horse cut into the chalk.

A lovely quiet location with plenty of free parking and very close to the beach. Access could be an issue though as there are a lot of steep steps down to the property. The apartment was well equipped,bright and clean. There was also a nice terrace to sit out on.

Perfect stay! Loved the flat modern, clean, tidy, spacious. Location was great, could walk everywhere. Weather was a bonus at 26 degrees. Flat has plenty of facilities. Cant really fault this place. Would definitely recommend.

The property is brilliantly located, very close to the sea. I was slightly nervous about some comments on accessibility as I am 8 months pregnant, but the staircase was totally manageable for me. No worse than a regular first floor flat without a lift. The garden is bigger than it looks in the pictures and all rooms see the garden which is nice. ThRead moreere is lots of space to unpack and store suitcases. The flat was really clean. But do bring eye masks if you are sensitive to daylight when sleeping. Hide

Great location, lovely, quiet flat - we so enjoyed our stay! Owner sorted out one minor problem straight away for us. Second bedroom is small and it would be difficult to roll out the second bed underneath and still access the shower room. Highly recommended!

Lovely little flat, well equipped, comfortable, plenty of space for a couple and a child, nice outdoor space that's safely enclosed and not overlooked. Very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday here!

Fabulous location and really spacious well equipped apartment... totally peaceful and a good place to relax. There was no outside noise at all and the patio area is a beautiful place to sit out and eat and relax... completely private. Really easy parking and good private access.... although good to warn about the steps. Feels safe and secure with lRead moreockable gate. Only slight disappointment was second bedroom.... although ensuite shower was fab... not particularly geared up for an adult. Hide
