Sit inside or out at this Eastbourne holiday apartment to soak up the far-reaching views. Stroll down to the beach and then either head into the bustling town itself or out in the other direction towards the magnificent South Downs National Park, with its miles of cliff-top and country walks.

 

Climb the flight of steep steps down to your elevated apartment, which sleeps up to three guests. Bask in the natural light that floods in through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Pull back the glass doors to relax out on your terrace, with its leafy outlook and sweeping vistas. On chillier days, prepare something hearty in the kitchen to enjoy at the dining table, which is also positioned to capture the views, before relaxing in front of a good film on the TV. You will find your contemporary apartment is a home from home, equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a washing machine. Each of the two bedrooms here has also been designed and furnished for comfort, featuring an en-suite bath or shower room.

 

Discover Eastbourne from your base: browse its streets of independent shops and pause in its cafes and pubs. Stroll out along the Victorian pier, 1 mile away, where you will find a tearoom and jazz lounge. Pack a picnic and venture out to one of the National Trust's sites in the area. Just over 5 miles from your apartment is Birling Gap, with its big skies and seascapes, while Cuckmere Valley is 10 miles away, with dramatic river cliffs and a white horse cut into the chalk.

Absolutely lovely stay in Eastbourne. We have been staying at The Lookout for a few years and the location is amazing. The host is very helpful and we are looking forward to next years stay already.
