Cannot fault with this property. Very accommodative for 6 adults, 3 children and most of all 2 dogs. The cottage had all the facilities for self catering. The family had a lovely time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Travel time of 2 hours from London was great for the kids and the dogs.

A perfectly appointed cottage. We had a fabulous holiday here as a family of 7. Ideally located, with some good walks from the front door. Hythe to Dungeness railway is a must! Everything on hand in the cottage. Excellent local pubs, The White Horse in Bilsington and The Woolpack Inn in Warehorne.

Party of six with three dogs. Plenty of space for all of us and well-appointed for eating in. Also good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance - more than we could get to in a week. Given the buildings limitations the conversion is excellent. The bedrooms are small and lack storage for example there are no drawers in the two downstairs doubles. Cleanliness we found was a bit of an issue, but we've left the owners relevant feedback on where to improve. Requires some fixing in places, some cracked bathroom floor tiles (currently not posing as a danger), a broken toilet seat, but nothing major. Location was great and there were enough activites around to keep us occupied (6 adults, 1 child &Read more 2 toddlers), however in the down times a larger TV would have been nice. We really enjoyed our stay in the old village hall. We loved the huge living/cooking area and the efficient heating system (it was a cold Spring) The pizza oven outside was an excellent idea and we had great fun firing that up. The walks in the surrounding area were wonderful - particularly the bluebell woods.
