Stay at this stunning country property for a luxury holiday in the beautiful Kent countryside. Whether you're a family or a group of friends looking to spend some quality time together, this property is bound to impress, with its impressive decor and mod cons. Spend your days exploring the nearby villages and walking through breathtaking countryside or cooking up an al fresco feast using the charcoal BBQ and pizza oven. There is space for nine humans and three dogs, so there's no need to leave anybody at home.

 

This former church hall has been renovated to an extremely high standard, with a contemporary industrial feel. Carefully chosen second-hand furniture is combined with stylish new pieces for a chic overall look. The huge open-plan living space is spectacular, with a high vaulted ceiling giving a sense of space, a beautiful wooden floor and staircases at one end leading to a family suite up on the mezzanine. In the roomy kitchen, perch on one of the stools at the large wooden island, while your friends prepare meals to enjoy together at the dining table nearby.

 

When it's time to drag yourself away from your stunning temporary home, it's a lovely walk to the pub in nearby Bilsington (1 mile). The village of Tenterden (9.5 miles) is your gateway to the High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty featuring mile upon mile of beautiful country trails through rolling hills and pretty woodlands. For an enjoyable day out head to Rye (14 miles) to explore antiques shops and indulge in a slap-up meal in one of the town's many great restaurants.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lace up your walking boots and discover the many trails around this picturesque area or grab a bucket and spade and head to the soft golden sand of Dymchurch beach just 8 miles away. For a wild day out with the family, head to Port Lympne Wild Animal Park (5.5 miles) or make a splash with canoeing and kayaking in nearby Hythe (9.5 miles).

Property was really lovely. Very stylish but practical too - had 2 dogs and 2 older people with mobility issues as well as four younger people and everyone was happy. Kitchen really well equipped, beds (lovely bed linen and towels) and sofas comfy and showers all worked perfectly.

The property is beautifully maintained, fresh looking and very clean. For us as a family of five plus grandparents a smaller sofa by the door turned to face the other would have been much better with a larger tv, perhaps wall hung in corner. The sky box needs to come out of the desk as gets extremely hot, we propped it open with a dvd case. The accommodation was perfect for the number of people in our party, which consisted of six adults and three children. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. The open plan living area was very conducive to socialising, however having an open plan upstairs bedroom restricted any privacy and impacted on downstairs use.
