This spacious holiday home has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a contemporary design, offering home-from-home accommodation and pretty pebbled garden just moments from the popular Camber Sands beach.

This modern property is located in a village-style development just a few minutes’ walk from the expansive beach at Camber Sands. Camber Sands is a perfect beach destination: The beach is excellent for families who may like building sandcastles and paddling in the sea, but it is equally attractive to for sporty types who may like to try their hand at windsurfing or kite buggying. For a change of pace, Rye is within a 20 minute drive, with its cobbled streets and interesting collection of small shops and cafés.

Entering this homely property, the hallway leads down a corridor to a spacious living area, with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV and DVD player. There is also a dining area, comfortably seating four guests. This room overlooks the garden and doors allow you to open up the space onto the decked area on warmer days. To the front of the property is the modern and well-equipped kitchen, with everything you will need: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Stairs lead from the hallway to the first floor accommodation, with two bedrooms and contemporary bathroom. The inviting and restful master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom has two 3ft single beds and also has a built-in wardrobe, so there is always plenty of space to hang clothes and put away cases. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is stylishly designed.

Outside, the property has a reasonably sized rear garden with decked seating area and pebbled area beyond. There is carport parking for one vehicle.

The presentation of the house was lovely, easy to find, very comfortable, the biscuits were appreciated! We would definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends and family. The property was wonderful, in a fabulous location and we had a brilliant time. It was very easy to book and all went smoothly!
