This stylish bungalow with garden is a short walk to the beach at Pevensey Bay, ideally located for those wishing to bring a four legged-friend and great for walkers and cyclists alike.

Situated within walking distance from the shingle beach which becomes sandy at low tide, it is ideal for sailing, swimming or a spot of fishing. A walk along the beach will take you to the local shops, pubs and restaurants, or just a short drive from the property, is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site. Further along the coast, is the town of Bexhill-on-Sea with the art deco design De La Warr Pavilion. There is also Eastbourne with the Sovereign Harbour Marina, a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. The Towner, also in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery, which is not to be missed along with The Observatory Science Centre and the impressive Herstmonceux Castle situated in the same grounds, all just a short drive away.

Step through into the welcoming entrance hall where there is space for dropping off coats and shoes, head through to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you will find a bright and contemporary kitchen that is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals around the dining table with seating for six, then retire to the inviting lounge area, cosying up in front of the wood burner on comfortable sofas and watch your favourite movie on the TV/DVD or just spend some time listening to music on the DAB radio after a day at the beach. The property offers three ground floor bedrooms, a spacious king-size, a twin and a bunk bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom room with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside through the patio doors from the dining area to the fully enclosed garden with a raised patio area, with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ where guests can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. To the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The property was comfy, cosy and modern, it had everything we needed. The garden was ideal and enabled us to let our dog out without any worries. The beach is within walking distance but if you bring lots of stuff like we do its best by car. We would stay here again.

In dutch. Fijn huis op korte afstand van het strand. Alle voorzieningen in huis voor handen en heerlijke lichte keuken. Wijkje is wat verouderd maar juist leuk Engels. Heerlijke week gehad.

The cottage is in a wonderful location; quiet and in easy walking distance to the beach and village. The garden is private, dog-secure and well kitted out for relaxing and barbecuing. The house is bright, clean and comfortable.

Lovely bungalow, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Plenty games for the children. Lovely secure garden for children and dogs. Beach is close by for nice walks.
