Delightful studio cottage with all the facilities you might need. In a quiet setting but not too far from Rye Town. A very friendly host with a generous welcome pack. The situation is very good for touring the local countryside.

Would thoroughly recommend this fantastic studio accommodation within easy walking distance of Rye - although attached to the owners house it felt completely private. The accommodation is compact but has every convenience. The bed is comfortable and the walk in shower, excellent. Plenty of hot water! Cooking is limited but adequate for breakfast and light meals. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the place to stay. We loved it.
