The perfect, true getaway. Sit and listen to the birdsong in dappled sunlight. Stroll across fields to fossil hunt on the beach. Sit and sup ale in an ancient pub. Enjoy the woody ambience. We loved it. Cate and Richard very discreetly on hand if you need it. Thumbs up from us.

We had a fantastic weekend at the woodland wagon in Pett. The owners Cate and Richard were so welcoming and friendly. They bought my husband afternoon tea as it was his birthday whilst we were there. It was so peaceful, we spent most evenings cooking over the firepit. We would definitely recommend it and would book to go again.

This place is about as good as it gets for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. Time under a canopy of trees utilising unique constructs and a generous woodland space makes for a truly connecting experience. We cooked over the open fire and hob. And all needed for this is provided. The Woodland Wagon is well furnished and bed comfortable. The sepaRead morerate, shower, and dunny, only a few steps away. The hosts, Cate and Richard, are attentive, and happy to share their time and laughter. A great break. Hide
