This centrally-located apartment in the medieval town of Rye is bursting with character and features contemporary tones, reclaimed furniture and atmospheric artwork and is only three miles from Camber Sands beach.

This apartment suite is located in the very heart of the historic town of Rye, in East Sussex. Rye is an interesting town, with cobbled streets and hidden treasures around every corner. There are many unique shops here, with passionate owners who have handpicked their stock, making this a unique shopping experience. There are also many restaurants, pubs and cafes, meaning you will never run out of places to eat out and dishes to try. If you like to visit the beach, the popular Camber Sands is within a 15 minute drive and offers a huge sandy beach.

This stunning apartment suite is located above a charming guest house, which is also home to a cosy cafe and, on Friday and Saturday nights, a chic bar and veranda, suitable for pre-dinner drinks. Entering through the main guest house, a steep flight of stairs leads to the first floor accommodation. The suite is decorated throughout in elegant understated style, which you will notice as soon as you step into the living area, with its two sofas, TV, DVD player and iPod dock. There is a folding dining table and chairs, but please be aware that there is no kitchen in the suite. There are, however, facilities for making hot drinks and you will be spoiled for choice by the town’s plethora of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. There are four delightful bedrooms, one with single bed, which has views across to Strand Quay, a further bedroom with double bed and built-in cupboard and finally, the master bedroom with double bed and a large triple wardrobe. The suite’s bathroom is sleek and contemporary, and has a bath with handheld shower.

Due to the very central location, there is no private parking, but guests are able to unload their car from the front of the property and then use nearby local car parks.
