Tucked away on a fruit farm, this lovely cottage is found on the edge of the charming village of Egerton, a pretty village with its own shop, pub and restaurant – everything you need within walking distance. For a wider choice of places to eat plus a great selection of independent shops, the market town of Tenterden is just a short drive away. A cupboard filled with games and books, perfect for a rainy day, as well as a dining table seating four can be found in the dining area. Moving into the kitchen area, you will find all of the equipment you will need to comfortably enjoy your stay here, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The property’s two bedrooms are reached via a corridor from the kitchen area. The first is a King sized bedroom, benefitting from French doors which open out to the outdoors and enjoy fantastic views of the rural surroundings, while the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a bathroom in this part of the cottage, which has a slipper bath, separate shower and WC.

To the rear of the property, guests can find a large south-facing patio area complete with seating and a BBQ; this can be reached from both the lounge’s and the master bedroom’s French doors. By arrangement, guests can also explore the owner’s farm and enjoy some fruit picking (season dependent) or collecting eggs from the chickens. Private off-road parking is available for two cars, and bicycle storage can also be arranged with the owner.

Beautiful cottage and beautiful location. Waking up to the sheep and sun on a frosty morning. With the log burner making the evenings warm and cosy. It was nice that we could buy some of Arthur's eggs to take them home.

This is a lovely cottage on a small working farm in a beautiful location. Very well appointed and the owners are really lovely and welcoming. We stayed with our 4yr old and he had an absolutely great time, feeding the animals and exploring the farm. The location is perfect, it's within striking distance of many attractions. Lovely cottage in a peaceful, relaxing setting. The children had an amazing time helping to feed the chickens and pigs and collecting eggs and apples. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even allowing us to drive one of his tractors! Can't thank him enough. Already looking forward to going back next summer.
