This beautifully decorated and well-presented holiday home offers a tranquil haven in which to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of day-to-day living, whilst conveniently situated close to the heart of popular Rye and the beaches of Camber and Rock Pooling in Winchelsea. There are also many walking trails and cycle routes locally.

This stylish property is situated on a contemporary development, just an easy ten minute walk from the ancient town of Rye in East Sussex. Rye makes a wonderful place for a holiday, with its cobbled streets, café-bars, pubs and array of fascinating boutique-style shops. There is even a tiny, though state-of-the-art cinema, which is a world away from the usual multiplex experience. Within a five-minute drive or fifteen-minute bike ride is the village of Rye Harbour, with its RSPB nature reserve, quiet beach and welcoming gastropub.

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the light and airy hall which leads on to the comfortable lounge, with its sofas and chairs, TV and DVD player. There is also a stylish chaise-longue in the window, which offers views across the Tillingham Valley. Double doors from the lounge open up onto the glossy kitchen/dining room, where the dining table sits adjacent to the patio doors, looking out onto the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom and a washroom. The property has four bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, views across the Tillingham Valley and separate en-suite shower and WC. The twin and single bedrooms share the main bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a fully enclosed rear garden with small lawn and patio area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a BBQ provided. There is parking for two cars in the carport and driveway. Please note, there is nearby on-street parking available for additional cars.

This is a very well appointed property. Lovely feeling about being in it. Very well equipped. Very good location to Rye Town with detailed maps to the local footpaths in. Hamper was a nice touch. Comprehensive information with maps to the local area and beyond. We all enjoyed the use of it and the area despite February weather conditions.

A very well-equipped house with plenty of room for our family group (6 adults & a toddler). The ensuite shower rooms & downstairs cloakroom were a definite bonus! The house is warm & comfortable, on a landscaped new estate. Good for young children - lots of safe grassy space nearby and a short walk to a playground with swings. Fantastic modern house, well equipped, especially in the kitchen, and very suitable for families. The enclosed garden was great for our 2 year old who was safe in there (except for the wasps). Good quality beds and lovely bathrooms. Only slight niggles all reported in the property log.

This was a lovely house in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the pretty town of Rye. It was a good base to visit places such as Eastbourne and Battle . We also had a couple of days on Camber Sands beach which is only a few miles away. The house was comfortable clean and roomy and had everything we needed for our group. This is a modern house, in a good position overlooking a large expanse of green. We watched a fox for sometime one evening. The house is comfortable and easy to use.

A really lovely house, well equipped and a high standard of cleanliness. Really good location, right on the edge of Rye. We could walk into the town in 10-15 minutes, which saved any parking issues. Also perfectly located to visit nearby areas e.g. Camber Sands, Hastings, Bexhill on Sea and Eastbourne.

It is a lovely house for a large family or couples. It is furnished lovely, the lounge chairs are uncomfortable though. The beds are all new and very comfortable. It's only a 10 minute walk into Rye. The kitchen has everything you can think of, real home from home. The area is so quiet and peaceful.

A pleasantly situated, warm and comfortable house on the edge of Rye (15 minutes to walk into the town). The house was clean, well equipped and the welcome pack...did indeed make us feel welcome. We were a party of 6 adults and one 2 year old, and at no stage did it feel cramped.

This property has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Even the neighbours are friendly. It was so nice to be able to leave the front door open and feel safe, where can you do that nowadays?
