Those with an interest in history will enjoy a visit to nearby Pevensey Castle, which is managed by English Heritage. The seaside town of Eastbourne is within a 15-minute drive and has everything you would expect from a large seaside town. You could even book into the spa or take afternoon tea at the palatial Grand Hotel.
On your right as you enter the property, is the main lounge, which has double doors opening onto a second lounge. Next to the bedroom is a cosy nook with sofa and a small balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom on this floor has bunkbeds and is perfect for children. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bath and the other with large shower. Stairs to the second floor lead to two more bedrooms, one with twin single beds and the other with a double bed, both of these rooms look out to sea.
The property has its own private beach at the front of the house, which has direct access onto the main beach. To the rear of the property is a decked garden with table, chairs and parasol, the perfect spot for catching the evening sun.
