This stunning and large Edwardian holiday home boasts a very beautiful Scandinavian-style interior that offers fresh, stylish and lavish accommodation throughout. It is set within beautiful grounds too.

This grand Edwardian property is situated right on the sea front at Pevensey Bay, a lovely and quiet beach, ideal for walkers and beachcombers. Famed for its wartime Martello Towers, the beach is also a favourite with kite surfers and you may well spot some leaping to the sky from the waves. Those with an interest in history will enjoy a visit to nearby Pevensey Castle, which is managed by English Heritage. The seaside town of Eastbourne is within a 15-minute drive and has everything you would expect from a large seaside town. You could even book into the spa or take afternoon tea at the palatial Grand Hotel.

On your right as you enter the property, is the main lounge, which has double doors opening onto a second lounge. The front room has huge windows looking out to sea and has two large sofas, wood burner and TV with DVD player. The second lounge has a sofa and armchairs, with bookcase and games cupboard. This room leads onto the kitchen/dining room. The fact that the owners are keen cooks is reflected in the kitchen which is the perfect space for entertaining with its island and bar stools, from which other guests can keep the cook company. There is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining room has a large wooden dining table, comfortably seating ten and large doors opening onto the courtyard. There is a separate utility room, where you will find the washing machine, dryer and extra sink. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the master bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views from its large bay window. There is a double bed with reclaimed wood headboard. Next to the bedroom is a cosy nook with sofa and a small balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom on this floor has bunkbeds and is perfect for children. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bath and the other with large shower. Stairs to the second floor lead to two more bedrooms, one with twin single beds and the other with a double bed, both of these rooms look out to sea.

The property has its own private beach at the front of the house, which has direct access onto the main beach. To the rear of the property is a decked garden with table, chairs and parasol, the perfect spot for catching the evening sun. Parking for 4 cars.
