Beautifully decorated, this spacious family holiday home is a great base for all ages looking for a family break by the sea. This beach house offers a tranquil setting, just moments from the beach.

Located next to Sutton's end of Camber and just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach, this is a wonderful place for a family getaway. Keen water sports enthusiasts can enjoy kite surfing and paddleboarding whilst the little ones can spend all day building sandcastles and playing in the sea. Within a short drive is the nearby medieval town of Rye offering pretty cobbled streets and a selection of shops and restaurants whether you're looking for antique furniture or freshly caught seafood. Slightly further afield is Hastings (12 miles) which offers plenty of family attractions for young and old alike. Nature lovers should head to the untamed landscape of Dungeness (10 miles), which boasts one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world and large communities of plants and animals.

The front door of this light and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes. Walk through to the lounge where you will find two comfy sofas and armchair perfectly positioned around the Smart TV and wood burner for enjoying a movie night on those chilly evenings. Located just off the lounge is a dining area with a large table and seating for everyone to get together for mealtimes or an evening of board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the ground floor is completed with a separate cloakroom with WC. Upstairs you will find three thoughtfully presented bedrooms; one king-size room, two doubles and a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy long summer evenings relaxing after a busy day at the beach in this suntrap. Steps from the garden lead up to a gate which gives guests convenient access to the beach via a short footpath. There is off-road parking for two cars.

We really enjoyed our stay at White cottage. The house was spotless when we arrived and is very well equipped. Superbly comfy beds and a fabulous location only two minutes from the beach, whats not to like! Really enjoyed our stay at White Cottage, the house is very well equipped and they have thought of everything, for us the location so near the beach was perfect and would recommend for all year round breaks

Loved this cottage for our Christmas break. Great location for quick access to the beach. Fully equipped (apart from a potato masher). The beds are super comfortable and all three bedrooms are tastfully decorated and felt like home. Only a few small criticisms is that the sofas although look stylish, weren't the most comfortable and think 4 or moreRead more occupants would struggle (we were 2 adults and a teenager). Lovely place to stay and ideally situated. All the comforts of home on holiday. Blessed with gorgeous Autumn weather and ideally located near Hastings, Rye and Dungeness.

Beautiful cottage everything we needed Spent a lot of time in garden our dog loved it , also garden very secure and inclosed so no worries about dog getting out Very helpful having a driveway as parking is restricted around that area So close for beach and great for long walks and watching the sun go down Hopefully will return next year xx

Lovely comfortable cottage very close to the beach with large garden and parking . We managed to get three medium sized cars in drive . Beds lovely and comfortable . Nice touches with selection of toys and little slide in garden .

This is a lovely cottage in a great location. The beach is beautiful and just around the corner and there is plenty in the local area to keep you busy/entertained (you will need a car though). The accommodation was excellent, comfy beds and all the equipment you could want. Thoroughly recommended.

The cottage was well appointed and had all the necessary facilities we required. Apart from my comments regarding the TV we would recommend the property to friends and family.
