Located in the High Weald AONB and the heart of the Kent countryside, this converted former piggery is in a secluded location close to the charming market town of Tenterden. You’ll find all the amenities you’ll need in Tenterden to fully enjoy your stay, from quirky shops to cafes, takeaways and fine dining establishments. There’s also plenty of fantastic days out that can be enjoyed within a short distance from the property, including the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway, the Old Dairy Brewery and the Chapel Down Vineyard. For keen walkers, there are a host of footpaths to enjoy taking you through the High Weald.

After entering the property, you will be immediately greeted by the property’s main living space, the studio lounge/diner. The cosy lounge features a comfortable sofa, as well as a smart TV and DVD, perfect for rainy days. By night, the sofa turns into a sofa bed, really making the most of this compact but charming property. In one corner of the room you will also find the intimate dining area, perfect for a romantic dinner or even just a simple breakfast, as well as a cupboard for storing clothes. Heading into the kitchen, this space is well-equipped with everything needed to cook up some simple meals, including an induction hob, free-standing halogen oven, toaster and fridge with ice compartment. Outside of the property, guests can enjoy relaxing in the garden area, shared with the owner’s property, which has its own bistro table and chairs and large fire-pit. A private parking space is also available for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
