Very well appointed and comfortable. A good base for exploring local countryside. Good pubs in the area for lunch and dinner if you don't want to do too much cooking (especially the White Hart in Netherfield). No complaints whatever.

This is lovely accommodation in rural East Sussex close to a surpisingly busy road. There are a lot of interesting National Trust properties to visit close by and Battle (just a few miles away) is full of character and historical interest.

We had a lovely week using Little Doctors Cottage as our base. I was very clean, tidily put together and well appointed. The mowed path to the Polish war memorial is a lovely touch and we were very pleased to be able to remember the Wellington flight crew. It's a great base from which to explore the rich history of the area.

Beautifully equipped, decorated and designed cottage, perfect for a couple and the garden is a treat for a furry friend. Ideally located for the coast with excellent pubs locally to eat at. Battle Abbey and Rye definitely worth a visit. Main road is very busy with no pavement so you do have to drive everywhere. Thoroughly recommend a visit.
