The cottage was well appointed and comfortable, and slept the nine of us (six adults and three grand-children) easily. The proximity of the beach was welcome for the children, and the surrounding countryside was stunning.

Very well equipped kitchen and great space. Also a nice outside decking area and large dining area. The nearby Co-op is pretty good and we managed to get everything we needed there. Comfortable beds and good showers. We had a great week in this very nice house.

Family of 6 adults from 19-76 years old. Great position- 5-10 min walk to the beach. Beautiful views at the beach. House- lounge comfortable and enough space. Great kitchen and dining area. Liked the Master bedroom felt spectate from the rest of the house and a settee was also useful for space/relaxing. Beds very comfy. Quirky building in places- sRead moreteps and sloping floors, wouldnt suit everyone but we found in added to its character! Would return if needed a large house! Hide

Lovely bungalow, a short walk to the beach. Not overlooked at all , quiet area . Close to Hastings and Rye. Really nicely laid out, a lot of room so youre not on top of each other. Good selection of cooking equipment and huge sofas , lovely long table and outdoor seating . Would highly recommend staying here for a big group.

Three generations of my family stayed in this house and all loved it! The house was comfortable for a group of 10, with a great L shaped sofa and long dining table. We have never been in a holiday rental property with such a well equipped kitchen and the kitchen was great for communal cooking. We would love to return!

Lovely accommodation for a family getogether . Only drawback with party of all adults is the 3 doubles that share a family bathroom. We had a great Christmas there. Tree and a few decos set the scene. Kitchen allowed space and equipment for all to muck in and the table was plenty big enough for us all to eat together and play games.
