Delight in this contemporary coastal holiday home spread over three floors, located within strolling distance of the beach and an indoor leisure complex. Some of the rooms even boast sparkling sea views. Ideal for a large family or your favourite friends, it is only 1.5 miles from Eastbourne town centre, so superbly positioned for a fun, hassle-free break.

 

This terraced house is quite a find, spacious with all the facilities you need for a relaxing break. The elegant first-floor lounge with SkyTV is the perfect place to chill on the sumptuous settees. The kitchen/diner is light-filled with a rounded table for sociable meals and games. Light, fresh and spacious, yet also cosy, check out the delightful snug area for a spot of ‘me time'. The three restful bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and lovely sea views. To the front of the property, there are shared lawn areas, while there is also a private garden for al fresco family dining.

 

The property is a mere 320 metres from the Sovereign leisure complex, with a variety of swimming pools, including an aqua challenge inflatable area, ideal for teenagers. Nearby is a large park with a boating lake, along with waterside restaurants, shops and a cinema at the waterfront boutique destination, Sovereign Harbour. Eastbourne (1.5 miles) is of historical interest, with its Victorian pier, an imposing Napoleonic fortress with free tours at weekends, and a popular theatre with a full events programme. To the west of the town, escape to the breathtaking scenery of the South Downs, with the iconic Beachy Head (7 miles) 53 feet above sea level. Other attractions in the area include the historic town of Lewes (18 miles), Glyndebourne (16 miles) and Drusillas Zoo (10 miles).

Nice, spacious cottage that is very well equipped. Great location for dog owners with parks literally on the doorstep and a short stroll to the seafront promenade or into town. Id definitely recommend this property, we really enjoyed our stay.

A home from home. Has everything you would expect and need. A 20+ minute walk to the town's restaurants and bars along the promenade, but it's not a strenuous one. The harbour is also within easy walking distance with the dog. An enjoyable week in Eastbourne. There's plenty to do and enjoy.

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return, I want to say that the garden alive with vegetables and flowers was a delight: property well positioned for beach, promenade and the Downs. Also conveniently near Tesco and fast roads out of town to nearby attractions such as Pevensey Castle, Battle 1066 experience and the Long Man of WilRead moremington. Sadly nearby attractions for young children appear to have closed down. Hide

It suited our needs well especially with a little terrier who is an escape artist. Garden was well enclosed and lovely.

A nice house in a fantastic location, near to most local amenities, including beach and marina.. Dog friendly place and plenty of walks available , including local park nearby. Bit of a disappointment - it is not a cottage. It is a modern town house backing on to a big estate. 5 yappy, barking dogs live next door. Is near the sea - a sea view and easy flat walk into Eastbourne. Needs a deep clean and touching up of paint finishes. Nice gift of wine on arrival. This property is very well equipped and all furnishings are of a high standard. Comfortable beds and the kitchen is very well equipped. There are a lot of stairs (3floors) and all bathrooms are on the top floor although there is a toilet on the ground floor. Close to bus stops which make it easy for getting around if you dont want to drive. There iRead mores parking for 2 cars but its a bit awkward for unloading/ loading but there is a back gate so this made it a bit easier. Hide

Absolutely lovely house; well equipped, ideal for dogs, especially with the park opposite and the sea just a 2 minute walk away, and lovely views from the top floor. Perfect location - lovely walk across the sea front into Eastbourne and easy to access roads to Brighton and Hastings.

Not a dog friendly property and not really a short walk to the beach. Near a busy road and in the middle of a housing estate that had properties overlooking it along with very thin walls of adjoining property.

Modern terraced property about 12 years old. Excellent location within 5 mins walk from the sea. Well equipped, comfortable beds and seating areas. Skate park and roller skating park close by for the kids. Adequate enclosed garden for the dog. Fast fibre wifi 50Mb download 20Mb upload. Private parking at the rear for 2 cars.

Besides the hallway lights (banging our heads multiple times) a nice house with all that we needed. Perfect for people who bring there dog along with two different parks at your doorstep.
